Armand Violi is the Founder of MHPValue. With a track record of selling hundreds of millions in mobile home parks across the country, Armand brings unmatched brokerage expertise, modern marketing execution, and a sharp eye for value creation to every transaction.

A seasoned real estate entrepreneur, Armand has worked with many of the largest institutional buyers and most active private owners in the manufactured housing space. He’s known for combining aggressive marketing strategies—including proprietary email/text blast systems and direct-to-owner outreach—with a disciplined, data-driven approach to valuation and deal-making. This blend of high-level strategy and boots-on-the-ground hustle has made him a go-to advisor for sellers looking to maximize their park’s value.

Beyond real estate, Armand owns and operates a thriving MMA gym in Tampa, Florida. As a competitive athlete himself, he’s fought in multiple amateur MMA bouts and high-level professional submission grappling events—bringing the same discipline and tenacity to business that he brings to competition. He’s also a passionate collector of vintage Rolls-Royces and a lifelong student of marketing, branding, and sales systems. Armand’s diverse background gives him a unique edge in building connections, negotiating deals, and driving results.
